Lorraine O'Neil
Certified Pilates Instructor
Lorraine O'Neil was introduced to Pilates through a knee injury. After finding much relief through Pilates, she became an avid student of the method. She graduated from The Pilates Center at Boulder, Colorado in 2004.
Since graduating, Lorraine has taught in Colorado, on the East coast, and in Paris, France. Lorraine has taught Pilates to students from all fitness levels, whether injured, a professional athlete, or someone who just wants to tone up, Lorraine will help tailor the Pilates method especially to you.
Lorraine fully believes that Pilates is the perfect modality to meet you at your fitness level; and she is deeply invested in helping each of her clients access their individual potential.
Liz Keating
Certified Pilates Instructor
Liz began Pilates in early 2007 to help relieve pain and lingering joint issues from an extensive hip surgery in late 2000. She was hooked right away! She realized that Pilates had totally changed her body, giving her strength and flexibility she had never had before.
The passion Liz found led her to enter the intensive teacher training program at The Pilates Center in Boulder where she received her certification in 2009. She believes in passing her excitement, experience, and knowledge of the method on to her clients to help them reach their fitness goals.
Kristine Olson
Certified Pilates Instructor
Kristine comes to Pilates from a dancing background. She attended the University of Montana in Missoula where she completed her B.F.A. in choreography and performance in 2005. It was at this time she was exposed to Pilates by her ballet teacher. Through the Pilates exercises, she found a new awareness in her body, which she applied to her dancing.
With her new found appreciation for Pilates, she enrolled in The Pilates Teacher Training Program in Boulder, which she completed in July. Kristine is excited to bring the Pilates Method to all types of people and to share with them the wonderful benefits of a balanced body and mind.

Shannon discovered Pilates when she happened into Pilates Aligned, Cara Reeser's studio. From her first lesson she was hooked. After only a few
short months she noticed amazing changes happening in her body. She
was stronger, more flexible, and more aware of the mind-body
connection. She soon realized the skills she gained from Pilates were
present in everyday life, from snowboarding to walking the dogs.
Shannon enjoyed the work so much, she wanted to teach it to others. In an effort to gain a comprehensive training, she enrolled in The Pilates Center's, in Boulder, CO, teacher training program and Shannon completed her certification in February 2009. At Functional Strength, Shannon regularly draws upon not only her Boulder training, but also the Kathy Grant training she received while studying at Cara Reeser's studio.
