Boot Camp
Boot Camp is group personal training done outdoors, utilizing the terrain and area playground equipment.
At the Highland Heritage Regional Park you will get your heart rate up sprinting, lunging, and jogging up the hills. You will do pull ups, push ups, and dips on the playground equipment and picnic tables. You will do a variety of relays with other Boot Camp participants. And you will LOVE it!
Boot Camp is a fantastic way to kick your cardiovascular and strength training up a notch (just in time for swimsuit season!) while playing outside during a gorgeous Colorado evening.
This season you have two choices: One-day-a-week-training, or two-days-a-week training. Each participant will sign up for an entire Session. There will be two sessions this summer. Session 1 is June and July. Session 2 is August and September. Each participant will get a free Functional Strength T-Shirt and a base line body assessment measuring: VO2 max, heart rate recovery, body fat percentage, flexibility and general strength. After each Session, the participants will undergo a second body assessment in order to quantify the gains.
