Functional Strength now offers private instruction and group Mat classes in the Tech Center!

Conveniently located inside the Integrative Health Wellness Center located at Belleview and Yosemite, Functional Strength will offer teaching hours on Tuesday and Friday.

 

Fit Pilates in at lunchtime or afterwork, but check us out in our new space!
