At our Lone Tree studio, in addition to Pilates, we offer personal training with an emphasis on strength that supports healthy, stable movement with correct postural alignment. To this end, in personal training we focus on body weight exercises, exercises to develop balance, and plyometric work. We can custom design a strength training and weight loss program that crosses over between multiple disciplines, including cardiovascular training, strength training, and Pilates.
