Classical Pilates Mat Mentorship

Our Classical Pilates Mat Mentorship will provide you with "Ground-up" Pilates Mat instruction, exposing you to the skills and choreography for the Classical Pilates Mat repertoire. 

This Mentorship generally takes 4-5 months to complete. The Mat Mentorship includes 32 hours of Workshops, including Anatomy and Beginning through Advanced Classical Pilates Mat repertoire.

Additionally, 125 hours of observation,practice teaching, lessons/workouts, and home study will help you to integratethe information from the Workshops in a way that other Mentorships don't offer.

Finally, we will be there with you every step of the way. Unlike weekend certifications, you do your Mentorship work with us, you learn how to apply it with us, and we are there to answer questions and to help you grow as an instructor!

*Mat Mentorship Program requires previous Pilates experience, including at least 10 Pilates mat classes.

The Pilates Method Alliance has established training standards and maintains a registry of  training schools that meet criteria set by the industry.
