**Each equipment and mat class requires at least one private lesson as a prerequisite.

Functional Strength Pilates reserves the right to cancel any class that only has one person scheduled.

 

Did You Know?

Unlike Recreation Center Classes, which can have 10 to 20 people, all Mat classes are capped at 6 people, and all Reformer and Pole classes are capped at 4 people. This ensures that the instructor can watch everyone and correct alignment when necessary.
