Reformer, Pole, Mat or Chair Class: Exercises from the classical work done on that specific piece of equipment. all pilates classes work both strength and length in the body.
Systems Class: Exercises from the classical work done on multiple pieces of pilates equipment.
Pre/Post-Natal Class: A pilates class done on multiple pieces of equipment designed to fit the needs of the pre/post-natal body.
Small Group Personal Training: Personal training done in a group with a maximum of 4 people.
Kettlebell Class: A 45-minute personal training class working only with kettlebells.
Jumpboard Class: A low impact, high intensity cardio workout done on the reformer, targeting the abs, glutes, inner thigh and quads. Spin-lates Class: A 1/2 hour of Spin class combined with a 1/2 hour of Pilates, rotating each week to work on different pieces of Pilates equipment.
Boot Camp: A high-energy personal training class done outside in an area park (seasonal).
Stroller Fitness Class: A parent and tot class held in an area park with a maximum of 6 adults (seasonal).
