Teacher Training
Pre-Certification Program:
Program cost: $1950.00
For individuals interested in becoming a Pilates instructor, Functional Strength offers a pre-certification program designed to bring each participant up to the intermediate/advanced level necessary to enter the Teacher Training Program at The Pilates Center, in Boulder, CO.
The Pre-Certification program includes:
- 20 private lessons
- 16 Reformer, Chair, or Pole classes
- 24 Mat classes
- Unlimited independent workouts
Working closely with graduates of The Pilates Center's Program, this six-month program focuses on each participants knowlege, understanding, and execution of the classical work on all of the apparatus, including mat, reformer, chair, and pole.
Although completion of this program does not ensure acceptance to The Pilates Center's program, we work closely with both the client and The Pilates Center during this process to maximize your time spent in studying the work.
For The Pilates Trainee:
For those who are already students in The Pilates Center's Trainee Program, Functional Strength offers two monthly studio packages that allow the Trainee to fulfill his/her program hours.
The $75/month package allows the student access to the studio for observation, self-workouts, and practice lessons.
