Pilates Teacher Training Prep Program

 

 

For individuals interested in becoming a Pilates instructor, Functional Strength offers a pre-certification program designed to bring each participant up to the intermediate/advanced level necessary to enter the Teacher Training Program at our studio.

The program includes:

• 24 Private lessons
• 20 Equipment classes
• 15 Mat classes
• Unlimited independent workouts
• Waiver of teacher training program application fee

Working closely with our staff, this six-month program focuses on each participants knowlege, understanding, and execution of the classical work on all of the apparatus, including mat, reformer, chair, and pole. Although completion of this program does not ensure acceptance to our Teacher Training Program, we work closely with you to maximize your time spent in studying the work.
