Pilates Side Kicks are one of the best ways to strengthen your hips, inner thighs, hamstrings and even your abs! And it only takes around 10 minutes per day! Better yet, you can do them anywhere, anytime. No equipment is required. We are going to start off with the easiest sets and will progressively add to them over the course of 15 days. If it is too challenging for you, take breaks. But try to stay with us for the full 15 days! We *guarantee* you will notice a big difference in your hips after the first week.
