Our unique, hands-on approach to mentoring and our Level Two Training Program give you one full year's worth of training and experience, providing you with the most solid start available for your new career.
Teacher Training Level Two
We will cover Classical Pilates repertoire through the most Advanced work on Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Pole System, High Barrel and more. Program includes 20 hours of Anatomy training (integrated into our repertoire weekends), and extensive teaching skills training.

In our program, there is ONE flat tuition rate that covers the whole program! You will not be 'nickle and dimed' into paying more for your education*.
*Not included in tuition price: books, private or group lessons, teaching labs, optional program extensions - for those who want more time to complete their program.

156 hrs. – Pilates workshops & anatomy training
250 hrs.– Observation in Studio
220 hrs. – Practice Teaching
150 hrs. – Lessons (classes or privates, *lesson prices not included in registration)
50 hrs. – Individual Workouts (working out on your own)
50 hrs. – Home Study & Special Projects
4 – Mentor Meetings (each meeting is 1.5-2 hrs. long)
4 – Practical tests (2 teaching, 2 performance, each 1.5-2 hrs. long)
3 – Written tests
2 – Teaching Lab (*price not included in registration)
Forum Discussion groups are held on alternating Wednesdays at 10 am.
Regular participation is highly encouraged (included in tuition).
$500 discount if registered by August 15, 2020 ($8,700 total)!
Requirements are to be completed within 13 months of beginning mentorship.
Participants may elect to have more time in their mentorship for additional fees.
Upon program completion, participants will be qualified to take the PMA test to become an internationally certified Pilates Instructor.
Certification tests are administered by a third party and we have no control over the outcome, however, to-date our grads have a 100% pass rate.
Our programs and courses are Approved & Regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Private Occupational School Board.
