LEVEL TWO
Level II is our "professional level" teacher training program. We believe it is the best Pilates Teacher Training Program available.
Our comprehensive hands-on approach gives you one full year's worth of study and experience, providing you with the most solid start for your new career and preparing you for a wide range of real world situations.
In this program, we cover Classical Pilates repertoire through the most Advanced work on Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Pole System, High Barrel and more. Program includes 20 hours of Anatomy training (integrated into our repertoire weekends), extensive training in teaching skills and how to successfully work with injuries and other complications.
NOTE that this program *includes* our Level I training (plus a lot more).

Program Requirements
Total: 1,000 hours.
156 hrs. – Pilates workshops & anatomy training
250 hrs.– Observation in Studio
220 hrs. – Practice Teaching
150 hrs. – Lessons (classes or privates, *lesson prices not included in registration)
50 hrs. – Individual Workouts (working out on your own)
50 hrs. – Home Study & Special Projects
4 – Mentor Meetings (each meeting is 1.5-2 hrs. long)
4 – Practical tests (2 teaching, 2 performance, each 1.5-2 hrs. long)
3 – Written tests
2 – Teaching Lab (*price not included in registration)
Forum Discussion groups are held on alternating weeks.
Regular participation is highly encouraged (included in tuition).
**Students must be IN THE STUDIO for 15-20 hours per week to accumulate their mentorship hours in the allotted time frame.

In our program, there is ONE flat tuition rate that covers the whole program! You will not be 'nickle and dimed' into paying more for your education*.

Early Registration discount of $300 if registered by February 28th

Requirements are to be completed within 12 months of beginning mentorship.
Participants may elect to have more time in their mentorship for additional fees.
Upon program completion, participants will be qualified to take the NCPT test to become an nationally certified Pilates Instructor.
Certification tests are administered by a third party and we have no control over the outcome, however, to-date our grads have a 100% pass rate.
Our programs and courses are Approved & Regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Private Occupational School Board.
