Equipment Classes

Length: 55 minutes
Description: Small groups (max. of 6 people) on Reformer, Pole System, & Low Chairs.

We offer classes 7 days per week at all levels.

Mat & Zoom Classes

Length: 55 minutes
Description:  Classical Pilates floor exercises in group settings.

Max of 9 people.

Private Sessions

Description: One-on-one sessions with our experienced, exceptionally trained instructors.  We will help you solve problems, resolve pain & move with ease.

Community Mat Classes

Length:  55 minutes
Description:  Discounted, Mixed Level Classical Pilates Mat class. 

Open to all - Max of 15 people.  

We periodically offer mixed level Community Mat classes at a discounted rate. 

Semi-Private Sessions

Description: Want to work out with a friend?

Pilates Movement Church

2 -2.5 hours long
Mini-Workshop, open to all! 

In Movement Church, we dive into specific themes and apply them to Pilates as well as everyday life.  We utilize Pilates and other modalities. 
These sessions are FUN explorations that include workouts, specific exercises that can be done at home, games & other learning. 
Cost:  $55 - 80 per session

Pilates for Business & Private Groups

We know how hard it is to find time for yourself and your health. 
 

We offer private group sessions in our studio or on Zoom, as well as on-site sessions at your location: area served is Lone Tree, Denver Tech Center, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Littleton and more! 

 

Our Pilates studio is open 7 days per week and provides services in the early morning, lunchtime, evenings and weekends, in the Park Meadows area.

On-Site Classes

Our trained instructors will bring everything needed to your location for workplaces classes or special events of any sort, in the Lone Tree area, including Denver Tech Center, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Littleton and more!
 
We can do one-time events or offer customizable packages available for weekly or monthly classes at your location.

Online Classes

Homework #1 "Fundamentals"

This video contains a series of 'fundamental exercises' that may be done at home or on the road. 

 

Series is appropriate for all levels of experience and is designed to release tension in the hips & low back and strengthen all muscles of the core. 

 

Note: If you experience any problems with these exercises, please consult a trained Pilates instructor in your area or contact us!

Homework #2 "Side Kicks"

This is part of the Pilates Side Kicks series on the Mat. These exercises are excellent for strengthening the hips & pelvic girdle and supporting the low back & spine.

 

They are, however, fairly challenging. Warm up with Homework #1, a Pilates Mat workout or other exercise! 

 

Note: If you experience any problems with these exercises, please consult a trained Pilates instructor in your area or contact us!

Basic 5 Mat

This short workout of the 'Basic 5 Mat exercises' can be done at home or on the road. 

 

Series is appropriate for all levels of experience and will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened & refreshed.

 

 

 

Note: All rolling exercises require use of exercise mat or other padded surfaces to protect the spine. Yoga mats may be folded to provide sufficient cushioning. 

Zoom Sessions

Our staff offers private sessions online, via Zoom!
