Semi-Private Sessions

Description: Want to work out with a friend? Two (2) people
per instructor!

Private Sessions

Description: One-on-one session with the instructor of your choice.

Mat Classes

Length: 55 minutes

Description: Pilates floor exercises in group settings. Max of 9 people.

Online Classes

Homework #1 "Fundamentals"

This video contains a series of 'fundamental exercises' that may be done at home or on the road. 

 

Series is appropriate for all levels of experience and is designed to release tension in the hips & low back and strengthen all muscles of the core. 

 

Note: If you experience any problems with these exercises, please consult a trained Pilates instructor in your area or contact us!

Homework #2 "Side Kicks"

This is part of the Pilates Side Kicks series on the Mat. These exercises are excellent for strengthening the hips & pelvic girdle and supporting the low back & spine.

 

They are, however, fairly challenging. Warm up with Homework #1, a Pilates Mat workout or other exercise!

Basic 5 Mat

This short workout of the 'Basic 5 Mat exercises' can be done at home or on the road. 

 

Series is appropriate for all levels of experience and will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened & refreshed.

 

 

 

Note: All rolling exercises require use of exercise mat or other padded surfaces to protect the spine. Yoga mats may be folded to provide sufficient cushioning. 

Skype Sessions

Desiree offers online sessions through Skype and teaches in English, French, or Spanish.
