Choose between 60-90 minute long sessions.
Pricing is $100 - 150, depending on the therapist & length of session.  
Sessions can be prepaid with card online, or paid at the time of service. 
Tipping is not possible with cards, but is welcome with cash or check payments.

Alex Blake 

Alex is a highly skilled and passionate wellness therapist from Colorado. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique), Cranial-Sacral, Acupressure/Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular, Rolfing, Thai, & Reiki/Energy Work. 

Alex listens to the body & incorporates these modalities together to bring the body back to its most relaxed natural flowing state.

He is in the studio on Tuesdays and other times by appointment. 

Shannon Briese

​Shannon has spent the majority of her career offering embodiment therapies such as; Sports massage, Ashiatsu, Ashi-Thai, Aromatherapy, Cupping therapy, Prenatal massage and Cranio-sacral therapy, with her training based out of the Colorado School of Healing Arts (2001) as well as other highly acclaimed private training facilities.
She has had the honor of applying these skills in world class spas, physical therapy practices, and award-winning hospitals. 
Additionally, Shannon teaches Pilates with us Monday/Wednesday/Fridays. 
She sees Massage clients on Wednesdays and other times by appointment.
