In addition to Mat classes, we are offering a variety of classes utilizing some of the more obscure Pilates exercises such as standing work, Romana's arm series and classes with Magic Circles and other props! Lots of fun stuff to explore!

Movement Church is a 2 hr. long workshop open to EVERYONE!
We explore specific themes in movement, with an emphasis on how they relate to Pilates
however, we also bring in exercises and techniques from other systems.
Movement Church is fun, informative, and provides you with tools you can use in any setting!
